ABOUT: My name is Brianne but most people call me Bri! I am a healer, artist, and high-vibrational energy worker. I first got into breathwork in 2017 and it has been a saving grace of mine ever since. After experiencing an overwhelming amount of mental, physical, and spiritual challenges I found that breathwork was always the most beneficial self-healing coping technique. Simple yet challenging breath work has been a powerhouse tool of mine used to instantly and gradually improve my emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Being a passionate, working example I am eager to share/teach my knowledge and practice!

SERVICE: Breathwork classes. Breathing connects the mind, body, and spirit. Breathwork is a self-healing, active meditation practice involving a variety of breathing techniques and exercises that can help connect and improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Directed by the body and heart we are able to breathe out thoughts, beliefs, memories, and actions that do not support our growth. Leaving us more authentic and equipped to handle stress, anxiety, and lingering trauma.

Over time, our lungs accumulate stale air leaving less room for the diaphragm to bring in fresh oxygen. With the diaphragm not working to full capacity, the body starts to use other muscles in the neck, back, and chest for breathing. If practiced regularly, breathwork can help rid the lungs of accumulated stale air, increase oxygen levels and get the diaphragm to return to its job of helping you breathe.
